If you are not completely satisfied please contact us at email@example.com and we will refund your initial month payment. Our 30 day money back guarantee only applies to single business location accounts. If you sign up for a multiple location or an agency account with an upfront fee we do not offer any refunds.
You will be charged the membership plan price page of your review funnel platform or review monitoring membership account to continue using the service. You will be charged monthly approximately 30 days from the date you make the first payment.
If you decide to discontinue your membership subscription, you must cancel your account from within the [Domain] membership area.
To cancel your membership subscription on a paid plan using Paypal, you must cancel your Paypal Subscription from with-in Paypal. Once your Paypal account has been cancelled your monthly payment will be cancelled. You can cancel your account at any time simply by logging in, going to the [Domain] membership page and clicking the “Suspend or Cancel my account” link.
To cancel your membership subscription on a paid plan using a credit card, you must cancel from within the “My Account” area on [Domain]. Once your [Domain] account has been cancelled your monthly payment will be cancelled. You can cancel your account at any time simply by logging in, going to the payment details page and clicking the “Suspend or Cancel my subscription” link.
If you opt to pay once a year in advance there is no part refund if you decide to stop using your account during the year. Once you pay for a year upfront your subscription will be active for 12 months. After the 12 months you can either renew for a whole year, pay month by month, or suspend/cancel your subscription.
Some accounts may require an upfront setup payment and we do not offer any refunds once the charges have occurred.
[Domain] may, but is under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. [Domain] recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as [Domain] ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
